Mr. R. Murthy(Senior Partner)

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) - (FCA) and with over 33 years of experience in Taxation and Assurance services. He brings to fore a plethora of knowledge, experience and expertise with proficiency and finesse. Through a professional career spanning more than a three decades, he has expertise in Income Tax and Assurance Services having carried out various assignments for medium and large Corporates.He has also experience in International Taxation, Transfer Pricing Matters and advises various clients on cross border transactions. He is also very well known for his multi-faceted competence in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Mrs. Swapna Murthy (Partner)

She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) - (FCA) and with over 28 years of experience in Assurance services related to Banks and Insurance. Through a professional career, she has expertise in Assurance Services having carried out various assignments for various Nationalised and Insurance Companies.
She has also experience in Business Startup and related services, Income Tax and Service Tax Matters.

Navratan Swami (Partner)

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant of May 2015 and enrolled as a member of ICAI. He has very good academic background. He is youngest Partners of firm. He has almost 4 years post qualification experience in the field of Direct Tax, Income Tax Assessments, Service Tax, VAT, Goods and Service Tax, FEMA and Business Setups. He has joined this firm in December 2016 as a partner and since then he is contributing towards the growth of firm.He is primarily handling International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Indirect tax advisory and compliances in the firm. He has also experience in the areas of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, VAT Audits, Due diligence / evaluation assignments and Secretarial issues.

Balram Swami (Partner)

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and enrolled as a member of ICAI. He is In-Charge of Jaipur Branch of this firm. He has very good academic background. He has almost 3 year experience in the field of Direct Tax, Income Tax Assessments and Appeals, Goods & Service Tax, VAT, Service Tax, FEMA and Business Setups. He has joined this firm in February 2019 as a partner and since then he is contributing towards the growth of firm. He is primarily handling Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, Revenue Audits and System Audits of Banks. He has also experience in International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Direct / Indirect tax advisory and compliances in the firm. He has also experience in the areas of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, VAT Audits, Due diligence / evaluation assignments and Secretarial issues.
